Days 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 11, 13 & 15 – "Protein Only Days"
WAKE UP: Take 2 POWER UP capsules
30 MINUTES LATER: SHAKE DOWN shake or protein meal
MID MORNING: BODY TRIM and meat protein grab
30 MINUTES BEFORE LUNCH: Take 2 POWER UP capsules
LUNCH: SHAKE DOWN shake or protein meal
MID-LATE AFTERNOON: BODY TRIM and meat protein grab
DINNER: SHAKE DOWN shake or protein meal
BEDTIME: 1-2 POWER DOWN capsules with 12-16 oz. water
Days 3, 5, 10 & 12 – "EATING DAYS"

LUNCH: Have a 500-600 calorie meal of 6 oz. or more of protein with a cup of low-carb veggie
MID AFTERNOON: BODY TRIM and meat &/cheese protein grab
DINNER: 6-8 oz. PROTEIN ONLY meal (ie: Baked salmon)
BEDTIME: 1-2 POWER DOWN capsule with 12-16 oz. water
Day 7 & 14 – "MODERATE / FREE DAY"
On days 7 & 14 of the first session of the IGNITE 15 Fat Burning System, eat moderatly in choice, but more in content. Eat more throughout the day, allowing your body to feel fuller. Overindulging in more food stimulates your metabolism even more, and you will burn even better as you begin another session of the Ignite 15 Fat Buring system the next day! As you can become closer to your weight goal, you can increase the freedom of food choices on these days, since your body will be in a stronger burn mode as you continue on the system.
