It's very simple. When you receive your Ignite 15 Fat Burning System, you begin a series of 15-day fat-burning periods.
Here's what the 15-Day program is like:
Protein-Only: Day: 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 11, 13 & 15
WAKE UP: Take 2 POWER Up™ capsules
30 MINUTES LATER: SHAKE DOWN™ shake or protein meal
MID MORNING: BODY TRIM™ and meat protein grab
30 MINUTES BEFORE LUNCH: Take 2 POWER UP™ capsules
LUNCH: SHAKE DOWN™ shake or protein meal
MID-LATE AFTERNOON: BODY TRIM™ and meat protein grab
DINNER: SHAKE DOWN™ shake or protein meal
BEDTIME: 1-2 POWER DOWN™ capsules with 12-16 oz. water
Moderated Eating: Days 3, 5, 10 & 12
WAKE UP: Take 2 POWER Up™ capsules
30 MINUTES LATER: SHAKE DOWN™ shake or protein meal

Near Normal Eating: Days 7 & 14
On days 7 & 14 ofthe first session ofthe IGNITE 15 Fat Burning System, eat moderately in choice, but more in content. Eat more throughout the day, allowing your body to feel fuller. Overindulging in more food stimulates your metabolism even more, and you will burn even better as you begin another session of the Ignite 15 Fat Burning System the next day! First session: Low-carb veggies ONLY WITH THE LUNCH MEALS on Days 3, 5, 10 & 12. On Days 11 & 13 of the Second Week you may add 1 cup of low-carb veggies with your protein dinner. Days 1, 2, 4 & 6 protein grabs are preferred to be meat only. Do not use any fruit in your shakes during the Ignite 15 sessions, and making your shakes with skim milk is great for added protein.
GUIDELINES FOR DAILY WATER AND PROTEIN INTAKE: Consume half your weight in ounces of water daily (this includes fluid of shakes, BODY TRIMT"',etc.) and half your weight in grams of protein daily.
PROTEIN CHOICES: SHAKE DOWN'M shake, chicken, turkey, beef, roast beef, steak, omelets, jerky, salmon, tuna, halibut, tilapia, cod, shrimp, scallops, lobster, crab, oysters, tofu, eggs, Canadian bacon, string cheese, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, Laughing Cow swiss cheese, Kroger Carbmaster yogurt, etc.
GOOD LOW-CARB VEGGIE CHOICES: Asparagus, broccoli, green beans, brussels sprouts, spinach, mushrooms, onions, romaine/iceberg lettuce, red/green/yellow bell peppers, celery, cauliflower, tomatoes, cucumbers.
